The Process - Pick a Radiator, Take out all the old fittings, Thoroughly flush the
inside, Put new modern fitting 1/2” or 3/4” BSP to replace the old ones, these fittings
accept the modern style valves, We then pressure test the cast Iron radiator up to
150 psi for at least 2 hours. Then knowing the cast Iron radiator is in good order
we blast off all the old paint, rust etc. The radiator then has a second flush. The
cast Iron radiator is then powder coated and baked in our purpose built oven for
90 minutes. After cooling down it is ready for Installation.
Wide range of colours available for the Cast Iron Radiators including standard Black and White or we have three very popular colours Antique Silver, Antique Gold and Antique Copper.

polyester powder coated finishes. Choose from a wide range of radiators in stock
